They did nt do so b'coz of their duties...
they try to cheer u up is juz simply cuz u mean sth to them...

u r sum1 dear to them...
u r sum1 they bother to cheer up ...
u r sum1 they bother to find out ur worries... n unhappiness...
u r sum1 significant...
So dear frenz... if u meet a person who bothers to attempt to cheer u up when u are down...
